Accessories
xelsius accessories extend functionalities and support efficient useage of the reactor workstation, ensuring optimized workflow across 10 reactor positions.
Reflux Condenser Module
The Reflux Condenser Module is placed on top of the xelsius reactor unit cooling the upper section of reaction vessels, here recondensation of solvent vapor takes place.
The Reflux Condenser Module is integrated into the extant cooling circuit via leak-free quick couplings, making the installation fast and easy.
The design supersedes the need for multiple protruding and fragile glass reflux condensers.
Specifications
Dimension (L x W x H): 352 x 156 x 48 mm
Materials: Casing HDPE, Heat sink sleeves SS
Compatible vessel: Ø = 24 mm, H > 115 mm

Vial Rack with Lab Stand Support
For storage of reactor vessels during sample preparation or subsequent work steps following the synthesis the Vial Rack offers 10 positions aside the xelsius reactor.
Two lab stand support rods in the back of the reactor allow the installation of additional components, e.g. nevoLINK boxes (control units).
Specifications
Dimension (L x W x H): 480 x 249 x 94 mm
Material: PTFE coated stainless steel

Stack On Top & Drip Plate
The On Top Adapter plate is designed to setup the xelsius reactor unit stacked above its power supply unit, thereby the footprint in the laboratory fume hood is halved offering 10 reactor positions at a space requirement of 44.0 x 21.5 cm.
Spilled liquids are collected in a gutter protecting the lower module from exposition to chemicals.

Temperature Monitoring & Control
For monitoring of the reaction temperature external resistance temperature sensors are connected to the xelsius reactor, this flexible probes are coated with FEP offering high chemical resistance.
Employing this sensors allows the presice regulation of the reaction mediums temperature via the xelsius reactors PI controller. Utilizing fittings and ferrules provides a gas-tight integration of these sensors into the experimental setup.
The temperature sensor is compatible with the 5-port cap.
